For Minesweeper++, the checkboxes now have three states and they don't seem to be working correctly. Bug? Can instructions be added to the instruction text?
@PossibleCabbage while true, the regular eye only concerns itself with its own row and/or column. If it were a heart in brackets you'd have a point, but as it is it seems consistent.
Not on a retina screen, but the problem seems to have resolved itself. Don't know if you updated or something cached was in the way. The problem was the menu hotspots were correct, but the game board itself was offset.
Ok, since the new menu update it isn't that "Right to flag is broken", it's that the whole game is offset in the view window. You have to click one square left of where you want. This is really broken. Game doesn't fit in the window properly either. On Chrome.
Since the update, "right to flag" is broken. I set it in the menu, it shows off to the right ("right click") but it works intermittently if at all. Chrome.
Regarding the mode showing - yes it does on the level, but not in the selection menu. It should be highlighted there, how to set it is not apparent. Why not just always have right click be flag? Shouldn't impact touch input at all.
"there are 3 different control modes to choose from. The default is now 'hold to flag', but after level 1 it shows an option to change to 'right click flags', and the controls can always be changed from the bottom-menu. Some devices seem to be mixing up right and left clicks"
There needs to be an indicator of which mode you're in.
Correction - Since the update that "greys out" used clues, seeing multiple problems:
On generated levels, right click ALWAYS registers as left, and I hit a bomb instead of placing a flag. Holding down the button still works.
On all levels, once a flag is placed, right click does nothing. Again, hold will clear the flag. This is on Chrome.
Just made an update, ++ mode should be a bit better behaved now
