RE: Bloons Super Monkey 2. yo, if you didn’t figure out a solution, i had the same thing happen to me with the upgrades and was able to fix it by closing the tab and erasing my cookies for the game (i forgot how to do this the right way so i just killed all cookies from the last day)

it seems like the game saves your upgrade status online based on your login, but your local computer cookies screw it up. hope you can still recover your game.
