Not seeing any lane change bug. It won't allow a lane-change if you're too close to the end of the area where changes are allowed.
The other secret is to not hold down the accelerator constantly. Your car is more manuverable (2 lane changes at a time) if you're going slow.
@reshep, no. The music's just pre-1922 public domain stuff. I actually have all the titles and artists listed on the credits page. Unfortunately, you have to beat all the levels to get to the credits page :)
Sorry if the scoring is unclear. Scoring is based on time, efficiency, and the difficulty of the puzzle. The easier puzzles and/or easy levels don't score as well as the difficult ones. If you want a really high score, you need to play ConFusebox or ConstructBox at the most difficult level.
Okay, here's a new daily puzzle from The Code Zone. It's been converted to a sharable format, so there's no login and you're free to press restart at the end. Hope you enjoy!
Awright, I added a volume slider so you can turn down the sound. I'd improve the graphics, but that'd require money, and this thing ain't making enough off ad-revenue to hire an artist :)
Okay, the eleven existing puzzles are up. And before you start pestering me about a reset button, understand that the puzzle is always the same and it only changes once a day. The idea of the puzzles on thecodezone.com is that you defeat the puzzle, then you move on to others in the collection that you like, hence the panel at the end. I fixed the panel so that it now links to puzzles on this site rather than shoving my site into a frame, so that’s now working. So the short answer is that if I did give you a reset button, you’d then complain that you’re playing the same game as you just played.I’m going to be working on some puzzles that change more than once a day, but I figured I’d put these up as-is for the fans or just folks who’d like to try ‘em out.Hope this makes sense.
