I admit that I figure the Pyrites could conquer the water folks just by introducing cooking. Water: "OMG this is delicious. Just take over if we can eat this all time. Plus, way less parasites, too."
I noticed that in most of the Dimensional Debates, Dregg is relatively closely matched with his opponent. In this one the Priest gets one decent hit right at the front and then Dregg just stomps him into a mudhole and I loved that! Plus, it makes sense. Dregg's ultimate technique is "Conqueror of Death." His opponent is a/the Priest of Death. If Dregg's already beaten this guy's God, how hard would it be to beat the Priest. Plus just the bit where Dregg's clothes turn back and there's this moment of "Oh, y'all done effed up now..."
So the keys were way at the screen bottom, so I'd missed them. Any idea where to find the fifth/third Clue that's associate with the footprints? I swear I've looked everywhere and talk to everyone about everything and still can't find it.
Presumably Evelyn reached Rightia by traveling either overland or by ship. Though magic or dragon/magical air travel is also possible. I don't think she's physically present at the orphanage so much as she looms large in the nameless orphan's mind.
@ 1firelord I liked that this was a bit of a reversal from the usual style. I liked that we got to be on the other side of the "murder reveal." What's happening is that Dregg is filling in the blanks and laying out her case. Dregg knows he isn't the killer, so Regina accusing him means that either she's the killer or has been fooled by the killer, so he's letting her lay out her case and waiting for her inevitable false step.
It was cool that once Regina gets to the "Dregg is pregnant" bit there's the ...s but no big red explosion of WHATTT???!!! Grim just goes straight to "falsifying evidence is crime" and everyone else on Team Dregg immediately relaxes. Dregg changes clothes to yank the rug out from under Regina's "case" against him and the real killer is revealed. I liked it. I thought it was cool. The only real false note here is Tira trolling for desperate men. Tira is hot and awesome. She should have her pick of men and women.
@ Briiliand If you went through Med Chron 1, we're told that spirits can only connect with those they have an emotional connection with. Dregg had a pretty serious emotional connection with "Tina." I don't think he'd had one with any other victims in this series or others, so he can't communicate with their ghosts.
