So I've tried to capture a city not unreasonably far from my capital twice now. Each time it instantly revolts to barbarian. I get having it revolt at sufficiently low happiness, but I feel like there should be some amount of time below 0 happiness before the revolt, and/or less severe unhappiness due to distance from capital.
Question/Possible bug.
When using a swordsman build with high attack speed and armour on attack, I was pretty tanky up until I changed the 'limit hero attack speed" option to the lowest value, at which point I basically instantly died.
'limit hero attack speed" says it exchanges exess attack speed for a multiplier to damage and on hit. Should it not also boost the armour gain?
game lags a lot considering it's an idle game. Normally this would send me elsewhere right away. But the nice x10 and x100 buying makes it worth staying, and I can still hope for faster gameplay later.
Rolled the money display over to a negative value, then let it build up to positive again. Now, either I rolled it multiple times and it's just letting me spend all my money, or I can now spend money I don't have.
In other news, I've almost got the cost of quality supplies to 3 million. Could I request bulk buy/upgrade buttons for everything? Even just an all button would do.
found a bug where gold value rolls over to a negative value somewhere just above 2.1 billion. Doesn't stop you from spending money, but I imagine it could cause a problem if I made another 2.1 billion before spending the money.
As near as I can tell, each level of Vit/Int give about 10 hp/mp. I have less data for mana than for health, but it seems like it randomly gives about 10 each level.
I've found so far that having a Vit:Mag:Int:Priests ratio of 2:4:1:4 works quite well. Mana can be left kinda low as long as you have enough priests to shore up regen, and once you get some cash your armour level should be well above the level of the area you're in.
Item Eating Glitch. Select the party member you want to be eating in the inventory screen. Pick up an item. Click on options. Click on the background of the options screen. The party member you selected will eat the item. Don't respec or you lose the free stats.
I honestly can't decide witch enemy is more annoying. The one that leaves neutral population, the one that captures neutral planets unfairly fast, or the on that doesn't die once.
The final boss makes the shield guy almost completely useless.
His dispel attack removes shields and the protect ability before dealing damage, bypassing them completely. Because the shield guy has no damage output (unless improved thorn + protect, and then it's still kinda low), and you're probably running a really squishy high damage second party member if you have the shield guy, shield guy ends up demoted to throwing healing potions at whoever the final boss hit last. Honestly, if the attack dispelled after dealing the damage, there would be some advantage to using magical shield or protect. As it is it just checks to see if you bought enough potions (else mage must improved meditate every time they take damage or risk death).
Jugernaut cant be dispeled, remember that auto attacks with juggernaut deal bonus damage based on your armor, also you can use shield strike to deal burst damage, also you can keep yourself alive with last stand :)
reflect shouldn't work on guided missile at all? Then why doesn't thorn do anything either. And why does damage scale up freely, but not shield strength (except maybe with high skill levels, but only unlocked upgrade of 1st skill so far)?
1300 shield is quite good when you get it, but by the time you're trying to take the cannon, they take the entire shield away the turn after you cast it.
the reflect ability doesn't work on a bunch of abilities. The Pirate's gun abilities seem kinda non-magical, so I can accept them getting through. Needle's Mana Drain, on the other hand, also gets through, despite being clearly magical (and really annoying when it drains more mana than mana potions give).
Mana drain is a non magical ability, is a physical skill (in fact the rogue has hit) however I understand the confusion due the mana draining effectI however thanks for the feedback, I will think about it, maybe the effect should become nule if the target has reflect, but again I have received complaints of the shielder being OP.
I love how people are complaining about moving to slow when move speed is a stat that you can upgrade. And it's worthwhile to upgrade, at about 45 speed dodging becomes stupidly easy.
Is there any difference between the races except by name?
Once I got to about 6 upgrades into weapons, I was firing so many shots that some of them fail to appear. Problem got worse as more enemies were on screen, and as weapons were upgraded further. A limit for total number of on screen objects?
1st, Last Zed of each waves gives xp as if it was in the next wave.
Some challenges to other players: Musical Mode (mute the sound, replace with youtube videos), Frantic mode (No pausing, even to refresh you tube songs in musical), Sentinel mode (Until you near your highest wave, no moving from the center), Do-over Mode (Always start from Wave 1).
Also, Am I the only one who assumed the green blood was acid? Took me several lives to work out that it wasn't.
Can you send me your exported save please ? I will have a look at that
