you definitely have talent, at least for the art. I like the art. The actual programming, theres still a long way to go, but I realize this is just a test so... good luck
The hammer idea is not original, there have been many like that, like sproing and whatnot, but the laser idea is very original. Every single game needs something to leap off... there is no way for a game to be completely original.
Kinda pointless, the final score is wrong too. You should make the different types of enemies do different things or give different points, that would make it more interesting.
Please do not make excuses like "we didn't have time, oh we had to rush this, etc." If you can find really obvious bugs and stuff, why even bother uploading it, because you know it won't win the contest anyways.
Still, I appreciate the effort you put into this to make it happen in 2-3 weeks, but I would rather you finish it first before uploading a crappy half-finished version... I look forward to the final version, which I'm sure will do very well. I won't vote for now, because it won't be the correct score to give.
