As part of this new update from 3/17...I think you should modify so that max crafting lore is also given when you have any of the higher items (gear or keys). Otherwise, you never get the crafting lore unless you reset at a lower level...which is very difficult to time if you are trying to upgrade your level. And of course that means you will not have crafting lore to upgrade your blueprints.
I have 8 nonillion souls...hard to read, but what I see is that you need 350 yellow gems, and 1 of each type of tier 4 staff to get the skull staff of doom and titan spirit staff...in order to get the spiritly titan skull staff of doom, you need those 2 staffs plus 50 yellow gems. am I not reading it correctly?
how do you get the skull staff of doom and titan spirit staff...in order to get the spiritly titan skull staff of doom? Looks like you need 1 of each of the Tier 4 staffs plus 250 and 100 of the yellow gem...but I can't seem to buy the 2 staffs needed to make the last staff

As cueballkev already mentioned, you're able to drag the min/max sliders to increase your lore chances.
