I have no idea what is going on in this game. it is not intuitive enough not to require explanations. it could be a lot of fun ... idk because idk what the numbers on the cards mean.
awww... i really liked the puzzles u had to figure out through trial and error ... like the complex cave jumping puzzles where u couldnt see the passages but u could feel your way through them. on the other hand, this game is quite fun!
yeah. Try to have hints come up with by a third party. i think u might be too close to the puzzle design to have an effective perspective on how intimidating the question is
This game is beautiful and quite engaging. I keep coming back to it. Unfortunately, I am stuck on priests. Every time I show men fire they get real crazy with it ... should i sequester their houses and churches on islands of sand? Incredibly frustrated ... the hints seem so obscure.
well i think u know by now the interface is smooth and music is catchy. But I see some really cool design choices here: the latin adds an air of mystery accented by the dark background with vague allusions to Peloponisian dye techniques (I cant spell batique and I'm not looking it up for the twelve people who know what it is to drool sympathetically and then go back to gaming) ... Even the font choice helps bring the game together as a whole. Also, I like that the buttons are so clearly buttons. Did you design and program this yourself? Its got panache! Depending on how long this took you to make and whether you are interested, I propose the following, if you have the time: get a website together and start putting forth some real effort into game design. All the things you didn't implement in this game were time sinks for programming and I imagine you are tentative about your interest in game design -- you have talent and I think you could be really good at it.
Very cool. Wish we could name songs though to help remember which is which :-). Love this game maker though and I love this genre so its double plus good!
in fighting games, even side scrollers, two things REALLY matter. One is characterization -- how the main character's fighting is a representation of themself. The other is mechanics. This game has smooth compelling mechanics, a retro soundtrack and no lag. Unfortunately, 3 stars for casting Keanu Reaves as ur lead. Respect, though. Flonga games are well made and i've never seen one bug out.
surprisingly decent despite obvious shortcomings in production value. next time, think about adding secrets or something to make the mechanics a little more interesting. also, this is in no way an rpg. its a platformer.
Thanks for your message. I understand it is not an RPG but I put this under the "Adventure/RPG" category and it wouldn't let me remove that tag. It has many shortcomings yes but it was an amazing learning experience and I am glad to here you thought it was half decent even if it had its problems.
not working for me either. see a bit of red on the bottom of the play area in the black border if it helps. also no load or title screen. straight to a ship stuck moving forward into combat. unresponsive to controls. I'm using google chrome though, so that might be why.
First! Just challenging enough to keep me interested for five minutes! Not bad. Come to think of it, this minijuegos has a lot of games I like ... Good job and thanks for the game!
Thanks for the taking time to analyse the deeper than "duh, I like". Ill think about the website thing, but currently I just dont have the time :)
