This problem has been seen to occur on devices that are running Chrome, and may be running low on available RAM. Switching to Firefox or Safari should resolve this issue for you :)
Hi! The game saves on your PC, so if you delete your cookies, play in private mode, or your browser crashes while it's saving, your progress will get reset. Also, the save file shares space with the save from every other game you play on Kong - check there's enough space allocated for it by right clicking in game, going to 'settings' (this may take a minute to load), then changing 'storage' to 'unlimited'. All the saves combined won't take much room, but leaving it with no limit means you don't ever need to check it again :)
