Too short, too easy. Physics and platforming work really well hand in hand but this was WAY too easy. I didn't have to think about the puzzles, getting 3 stars didn't require you to beat it quickly or efficiently, just without losing hearts.
Attack him until he flashes red, jump when he bounces, and watch for when he's going to blow bubbles. When his HP gets to around 1/3rd, the guy riding him starts throwing bombs. If you jump in the air and spin attack, you can knock the bombs back for massive damage.
"Aw man, you play this game with the arrow keys?"
>Press 'Esc' or 'P'
>Configure Keys
>Changed to WASD with J for attack, K for magic, UIO for hotkeys
>Took less than a minute.
I spent so much time looking for the way to mute the town crier's bell...I felt so dumb when I realized how I was supposed to do it xD
But yeah, this was an awesome game. Very well thought out.
Even easy mode is too difficult. I get that the achievements are meant to make harder modes more possible, and Elona Shooter did that really well. I must be bugging out or something, because I can't even upgrade my units. And there doesn't seem to be enough money to keep up with the enemy.
Addictive. It's not very often I play a game after I've gotten the achievements. But maybe that's cause I know there will be a 100% unlocked achievement down the road...
This game lags like crazy. It's fun, but your command of your units is very limited. It seems like there's no way to advance past some levels without grinding like crazy on previous ones. But hey, it keeps me playing. 4/5.
Wow. Awesome game, too bad it doesn't have achievements! It deserves to be played more. @herbalisk, I haven't had that problem, maybe you need a flash update?
