If you complete the bad ending without getting the clue from talking to Cough's head, you can't get the good ending anymore, even if you reload your game, because the head is no longer in your inventory.
In order not to spoil anything to other users, I can only tell you this: if you reach the end of the game and you haven't found all clues, the only way to find them all is to restart the game.
Another way is to turn autosave off in the options panel, and save only when you decide it, so you can load it back at that point whenever you want. Thanks for playing!
The health regeneration is really really low. If you barbarian has the weapon Trauma they are regenerating 125 health a second. It would take them more than 24 hours just to regenerate half of their health.
