Healing "spares dispenser" should't be random. it's useless to heal full health unit but the other unit is dying.

Long Shot skill should have increase all main weapon capabilities (ex: rapid reload, demolitions,etc). Long shot only affect few main weapons so its use situational such a waste. Tail Shot + Vertical Spread + Long Shot would be great. Do you agree?
