You can rotate all the pieces together using the 2 buttons on the lower left of the screen. However, since this is an isometric game, all rotation is limited to 90 degrees at a time.
I find that the drinks make orders take way too long to be read, and it is kinda fiddly getting in and out of the drinks menu. It's great that you can tell the caf and decaf by the shape of the mug, but since my bottleneck is at building I tend to just make the drinks as I need them. The drinks tutorial is a pain coming in in the middle of a 'real' day, and really screwed up my performance on that day. You know I love these games though.
The race that gives you access to the GLACIER tournament is bugged for me, my duck climbs inside the wall but then when she reaches the top she doesn't run to the finish line and just sits there.
The contrast on the menus on the GLACIER location is VERY low, low to the point that I need to twist around to see my screen from a different angle to find the buttons. They are still there and clickable though, might explain why some can't find them.
