@IIMPULSE KNIGHT, the border spawn system is the same as normal but no units will spawn in the middle of your land...they will only spawn near your borders
by the way, the reasons for which the holy roman empire is overpowered are those:1.there is no country to the east, the Russian, Polish or Hungarians would have been a pain in the a** for them
2.the English still had Normandy and would have overpowered the Germans
