Does anyone have the issue of this game being stuck on the loading screen forever? It shows the 'Loading...' text and the shiny gold like stuff on the island as well as the chests and houses. But won't progress further than that. Refreshing the page doesn't seem to help at all.
I wish this game had an actual offline mode. It seems I leave the game alone for a week. Come back and find that I've had no offline progress. I'm using Firefox with all its fancy updates. Granted I am as of this post @ 2,9 but still. You'd think I'd rake in more money to upgrade my ships than the measely couple million.
Left the game be for a week. Come back and discover I've only gained 3mil xp and 19 plat. Fully updated firefox. Lv 200 hero's @ lv 600+ monsters. I can leave my game on all day and I'd have way more XP and Plat than if I close the game. Sucks.
Offline progress isn't working for me. Went to bed, slept for 8 hours. Came back and my XP was at 30k and gold at 5g. No change from when I logged off. Using Firefox fully updated.
The game gets to a certain point where all you do is increase your 'Hardness' level and your damage multiplier on your Miner's pick just increases as well. So this is another game that just goes on and on and on and never ends.
I like the game. But with most games if you farm alot and gain levels and unlock all the talents in each tree the game becomes easy. I found no use for the demon tree other than the passives. I relied heavily on the combo of freezing the enemy and then hitting them with fire for massive damage. Otherwise a good game :o
Apparently people do not like the idea of being able to trade units for other units. Suggestion though, only be able to trade the rare items. I can just see people mass stockpiling the gold generators in their massively OP base.
Max out your engine upgrade first. Then max out your ammo upgrade before putting points into your explosives upgrade and you should do fine. I pick up insane speed with maxxed engine upgrades.
While the first weapon you get, upgraded to max does seem to help alot it doesen't have the knockback I was looking for. Sure it kept them at bay in the beginning but towards the end they just had insane rushes and that weapon wouldn't hold them back. So now I use the rocket weapon, fully upgraded that weapon is something to be reckoned with. Couple that with 3/4 upgraded mines and almost upgraded home base and you're able to push back anything. I do rec putting a bit of money or farm some money into the last weapon, sonic thingie. Though it takes a few seconds to power up, if you just rapidly spam your fire button on that one in the middle of a group of enemies you'll do far more damage than the rockets in short bursts.
You could always.....just leave the game running FOREVER! But yes, the offline accumulation is still pretty low and will be getting more tweaks!
