as for the first Gemcraft in order to win you had to go with a few high level pure gems, on this one you have to get many low level mixed gems
it's quite disturbing
too many levels, too slow (lacks a spped up or send next wave button), and not challenging enough
I get everything maxed out 9 levels before the end, where's the fun?
Very easy, simple way to get through the various stages: *(1)* for starters just use footmen... make them cross the screen and they'll upgrade to skilled fighters.. 3-4 fighters are enough for the 1st world... send them restlessly to slow enemies
*(2)* Upgrade your Palace, Market (give cheap gold for bonus points) Barracks, Catapult and Wall... then farrm, Archer Camp and Academy. Don't mind the rest.
*(3) *During the normal fights, only 3 characters are useful: the Knight (the best unit: hits every unit on the screen without being harmed, make him ride as much as you can! Always have one knight!) the Elf Archer (Cannot be killed) and the Wall repairer. Footmen and regular bowmen are supports (feel free to hire many footmen, they only cost little gold and there is plenty of gold in this game)
*(4)* To kill bosses, you must keep them at the very right of the screen: hit them with your catapult + knight's ride + elf bowman + group of upgraded footmen to push them backwards
