Dude, you have to stand right next to the entrance in lvl 12, then once you kill the boss (I use the rocket launcher) you have to run through the entrance. It opens briefly THEN gets blown to hell.
Overall great game. Nice graphics and a smart story as opposed to most of these games.
Kongai Launch is another good game like this. Check it out if you can.
