I wish there was some type of progression. I know it's supposed to be a roguelike but even modern roguelikes tend to give something as you replay. Even minor perks add a lot of motivation great examples on kong are Hack slash crawl or the enchanted cave
Once finished the game, it should allow you to re-visit previously conquered levels, in an attempt to try for a higher score, or maybe just try for gold in every level :) rate + if you would like to see this implemented.
I beat the game but then I lost -- I never got to get the last 2 upgrades, and THAT is why I lost! This game needs a save button, a replay option and a sequel ( Click on the plus sign if you agree ). 4/5
Four tips from yours truly on the fourth badge: paladin armor for Veradux and your Assasin.(farm the paladin in zone three for two sets of armor) LEARN: BREAK, subversion, regen lvl 4-5, cripple lvl 3, wound lvl 3, lvl 1 disruption so you can: Break the second boss every time he prepares his power attack. Use subservion on the third boss on the turn you will get him below 990000 health and it will kill him in a great whoosh of inverted healthiness. and finally you need all that regen for the last guy. keep him constantly crippled and whenever he has 100 focus use disrupt on him so he can't kill you in one hit. keep him wounded and sundered. every second attack should be cripple UNLESS he refills his focus! then disrupt. if you are lucky he can go down as soon as you reach lvl 21, or 22 like me! :) having a high speed is more important than strength because your job is not to kill him it is to keep him from killing you
