Additionally, your tutorial cuts off mid-sentence in two places. The text is all there when I copy & paste into this comment box (I was trying to do it to demonstrate in the last comment), but I can't see it all when reading it in the game. I had no idea what happened when you hit capacity population until I did that.
Well, that was an interesting bug. I couldn't see any production (everything except pop and growth are blank), nor did it seem to matter if I put anyone in anything besides food production. I couldn't buy land or upgrade a house or anything that seems to get me an increase in capacity of people (all costs are NaN). I have tried reloading several times - what finally populated the boxes was resetting the data, then when I clicked "start," the boxes matched the tutorial. You are probably losing players to this bug.
THANK YOU for optimizing this game! This is one of the few idle games that can stay open for days on my system without the browser memory leaks getting the better of it. I love the "you have been idling for 5 minutes" screen that actually works. Thanks Tukkun.
OK, so I spawn 14 people every day (3 minutes). A lifespan should be 420 seconds (280 * 1.5 sec) or 7 minutes. My population should be on a slow up curve. Why is it stuck near 20?
