This game seems to be a breath of fresh air for the genre, though it has some significant problems. The AI is incredibly dumb, as I had several guys just stand there after I attempted to juggle them. The different towers definitely need upgrades too. Its just silly that the one upgrade choice is meaningless since the final upgrade from both arrow towers is the same.
This game is way easy. Build 4 fully upgraded gunners, then 2 upgraded electro towers in the first 4-5 waves. Then build and upgrade nothing but heat ray towers. Game plays itself at that point.
The truth is this game is way too easy. After playing for a bit, it becomes apparent that the heat ray tower is too powerful and the other towers are too much of a mixed bag.
I agree with most other posters, I very much enjoyed what there was, but it was not enough to truly satisfy my taste. The time limit between clicks added an interesting dynamic not normally seen in this style of game. Good game, but if it was longer and some more difficult levels it would be great.
Besides the sound on/off button, this game needs different unit types and a speed up button. I am playing while typing this and not even worrying about it.
Dude, good sequel to the original Music catch. However, I am color blind so the choices of color in the game make it very hard for me to play effectively.
Personally I think as far as a beat game goes, it is well implemented. My big problem with this game is the sound track itself. The second one at least had some fun old school tracks and some actually decent indie punk gems.
Who even cares if the idea is "stolen"? Do you really think ever game developer out there is thinking up original ideas all day? Even Spore, a fantastically original idea, is basically a rip off game.
I can't get perfect on broken it even though I am almost certain I just perfectly did it. What is the score associated with perfect for that song? any one know?
