in the research tab, i can't read the last line of Nuclear Physic 6, i can read Allows Pressurized Water reactor construction (which i have discovered), Allows Fusion reactor construction (also i have discovered it), but the last line is under the edge
while i don't have any problem with buildings, i can't anymore upload the resources on the cargo both moving the arrow and writing the amount. Luckily, for me the automatic cargo still works though
@kallekefot the combat works in this way: you consider a group of the same type ships as a cluster. The cluster with less armor will take more damage (i suppose proportionally). Then every cluster will reduce the damage received by its own armor. Then the damage is applied to every ship, if the damage is greater than the first ship HP, the ship is destroyed and the rest of damage goes to second ship and so on. Anyway, you can fight the pirate ship with few hundreds fighters (i don't remember exactly, but i had something around 170 ark22 and 80 ark55, for the strongest pirate fleet and i have lost few ships)
Pirates are not a problem, you can kill them with few hundreds of fighters. The first big problem is The city fleet. I have fought against them, losing and now they have a total of 4 ships: 3 Glass Burson and 1 The Key. Those 4 ships alone have: 13400 power, 7600 armor, 133000 HP. I don't know the single stat for each ship, because i didn't have upgrade my shipyard to that level yet, but i suppose the Key will be way bigger and/or stronger than the Glass Burson. The amount of frigate Foxar to deal at least 7600 damage (to be sure that some damage goes through the armor) is 64, which means 1,28M plastic. Still cargos are needed to absorb the damage, because 64 Foxar will be destroyed very quickly. And The city fleet is still manageable, if you check the New Babilo or the Tataridu fleet, you will understand that rising the production of plastic should be the number one priority
i have just tried 1000 small cargos, 1000 ark-22 and 200 ark-55 have lost the battle with the City fleet (though only 3 Glass Burson and the Key stayed alive... for many turns). From the battle log, the cargos could actually absorb a very high amount of damage, but the fighter power weren't enough to make damage to those 4 left ships (which i don't know the stats). So some frigate is required to actually win the battle against the City
@natobug12 Vasilis doesn't produce Graphite, so building the Graphite production buildings is useless. You can check what resource a planet produce if you click "Galaxy views"-> click on a planet. At left there is a list with the resources and their modifiers (i.e. x2.00 means it will produce 2 time rate than base or x0.5 it means it will produce at half rate than base)
@luckdragon i will say this game needs a wiki page instead of a forum.
@kingalex1234 i don't understand how you can't make efficiently 500 frigate (not ironic). I mean, i produce a very large amount of steal on Promision and Antirion (very very large) but i cannot produce the same amount of titanium (and i produce around 80k/hr plastic). So for me, with my current resources production, producing fighters and cargos is way more efficient than producing frigates
@kingalex1234: what was your fleet composition? i will try it tomorrow morning, anyway on my calc, you should have around 500 small cargo and 500 ark-22 to take the city fleet
actually i think an early viable strategy is build a very big group of small cargo, they have 1000hp, 1 power, 1 armor. Now if the cargo cluster is way bigger than the fighter cluster they will receive most of the damage, giving time to the fighter cluster to destroy all the enemies ships. The most good thing about this strategy is you don't need plastic to buy cargos. The bad thing, you will lose most of them
@Lutherin: plastic is unlocked at research Material science 8. After that, there is building in Production called Plastic factory. It will produce 1 plastic for 3 oil and 100 energy (but taking more Material science research will increase 12% plastic production)
after 1 day, i can say plastic is my bottleneck, you need good amount to build frigates and to build more advanced buildings (specially on Orpheus). I calculated (only raw number) i need around 130 frigates (65 of both types) to beat The city fleet. I will need 56 hours to produce all the plastic needed to build those frigates (without using it to improve my buildings). There are only 3 planets (until now) which produce oil (Promision, Vasilis and Aequoras) and Vasilis only with x0,5 modifier. So, take Tataridu and Lagea (both have x2.00 oil modifier) should be number 1 priority
@ITGCYS you don't need to load ammo to attack. Ammo currently is needed only to unlock turrets and ships. And when your fleet arrive to an enemy planet it will not auto-attack (it will stay there without doing anything). Anyway i support a "recall" button, sometimes i just missclick planet
@cheslava i just checked if the energy production from the solar central was only a UI error, but i actually produce all those energy from a single solar central. Probably, you should check the code
i have just built my first solar central, in the UI is written it will produce 50 energy/sec, but after i built it's written 50.0/s (346/s tot). Is there an error of the UI or is there some hidden modifier which increase the efficiency of solar central? (btw on Promision planet)
I really don't understand how you didn't had this bug :D. Anyway both problems are now fixed
