Did it thanks to this: 1)Pick Virus. 2)Start in New Zealand, Cuba, or Greenland. If you do not start in one of these 3 counrties restart. 3)Sell starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing & coughing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4)Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once one other country is infected wait untill it has an infected population @ 8,000 and sell coughing. 6) Once that country has reached 30,000 infected sell sneezing. 7)Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar OR CUBA closes its shipyards or is not infected until day 30, restart. 8) couching, sneezing and vomiting then, in order : fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity, after that if you have points and time left add what you like 10): Wait until everyone dies get your badge.
