Another idea: People have asked for an unlimited waves mode. How about this: Even after you've leveled up to the point where everything is upgraded, you can still level up and get a point added to your tower damage, fire rate and range with every level upgrade. This would increase the replay-ability of the game since people would be able to face increasingly more waves in the unlimited mode.
A lot of people, myself included have suggested making XP easier to get. What about making an upgrade option where you get one extra XP per level upgrade? Maybe cap it off at a maximum of 3 additional XP per upgrade?
I absolutely love this game. The only thing I ask for in a sequel is an option to play out more than 10-30 waves for the easy and medium levels. I really like a lot of those early levels and would enjoy being able to play them longer with more challenging waves.
This is an awesome game and I rated it 5/5, but there are some bugs. I keep getting stuck in the grass when I jump and have to reset my game. Plus there are a couple of places in the forest where my elephant used to be able to go, but now doesn't seem to be able to fit through due to carrying so many weapons and having a bunch of minions. I have been blocked from a couple of doors because of this.
If you want a bit more of a challenge, try destroying every city without the help of any extra clicks. I usually finish in the 105-110 range and beat it in 121 days with only 1 click per level. I learned how good all the heroes actually are (only had them at level 4), and was pleasantly surprised by the Colonel's effectiveness once you have your speed upgraded a lot.
I agree with the people criticizing those who complain and give low scores over kreds. They sound like a bunch of spoiled 11 year olds crying about not getting everything they want for free. Games like this and Bloons Tower Defense 4 are absolutely brilliant, and probably on par with Super Nintendo games as far as depth and overall quality, and I see nothing wrong with asking for a modest compensation in return for bonus features. Besides, they have offers where you can get kreds free by signing up for stuff. I did it once.....signed up for a free credit report and then cancelled my trial membership a day later....and was given a few hundred kreds in return. It wasn't the end of the world.
My staregy at beginning: upgrade zombies to all level 2's and keep playing Khartoum, hitting skip when I'm about to kill everyone. If I kill everyone I upgrade to 3's, play Bokoro and do the same until I get the bonus for 250 kills and have enough for double clicks. Then I make sure 1st 3 Africa board are destroyed, advance past Baghdad and get Tank on level 2 of Middle East. Then destroy South America level 1 as well as Mogadishu, unlocking Mexico. I play Honduras over and over again, upgrading each time until I get the awards for $200000 collected and 350 infected. Then get virus goes through wall and virus penetrartes people. Should be done by day 30. After that, you can pick the easiest boards left each time and cruise through the game in 100-110 days.
Best uses for special zombies: Tank- Kill FBI agents; MJ- Stop everything when you're about to bbet a level so you can collect all of the cash; Colonel Sanders- use on a group of unarmed people at the beginning of a level to spread virus and save a click; Venom- best used on semi-tough armed people like police officers and the people with chairs....etc; Ronald- I use him as a secondary assassin on FBI agents if tank is already used; Santa- I never get him until the end and by then my zombies are strong enough to win anyway.
The last 2 levels, the game started going turbo fast and I had trouble keeping up. I've played this at least 25 times and that's the first time it happened to me. Has this happened to anyone else before? EIther way, already gave my 5/5 months ago.
