The song used for South America is the same as Bill's "birthday song" from King of the Hill. Must be some sort of royalty free tune, but still made me chuckle when I recognized it. :)

If you be so kind as to look near the top of the screen, there's a little yellow switch with the word "sound" next to it. This is the mute button.
