A nice, unique game. I love seeing games that haven't been done before. Or at least done to death. Maybe something similar has been done before, but I haven't seen it. :) 5/5
At first I liked this, but it's all too repetitive. What there is is done fairly well, save for some glitches, but it's all just the same. Guns need to have different feel/looks (i.e. machine guns need to actually be automatic). Also, the reload function is really messed up. It's instant, and you can't load if you don't have an empty clip. As it is, the reloading is pointless. Mediocre game, 3/5.
Fun(ish) game. My main complaint would be too much randomness. Turns it into a luck based game. You can run and jump as much as you want, but the wrong combination of generated elements = splat. Also, windows are EVIL. :P I got the card and the Easy, don't feel like running 5,000 right now.
Woo, thanks devex. I already use ctrl+enter rather often, but I didn't know about F12...very useful for getting a feel for your game! As for idiots, who cares what they say? They're idiots. :D Also, I WISH I could make a 'Sonny' right off the bat. :P
Good for you for making a game (seriously). You should definitely keep it up. However, this game is in no way finished...not by a long shot. I mean, for starters, you have a huge (and aggravating) graphical error. Then there's no time limit, no penalty for missing (or not hitting a target in X seconds), the text doesn't disappear during gameplay, etc. A bit of polish would go a long way... Fix this and you've got an alright game. As it is, it's quite pointless. Just my opinion, no offense meant, of course. :P
Yet another helpful tutorial. However, I do have two things to nitpick: The tutorial misses the step where you add resetHealth() to function onLoad(). Without this crucial step, health remains undefined, and all the work is pointless since health won't be updated. It also isn't mentioned that the healthMeter "bar" component needs to be registered to left (if you want it to deplete toward the left). Considering this is a tutorial, I think *all* steps should be laid out easily, without leaving steps to be discovered by the person following said tutorial. Still a great tutorial, though, learned a ton! :)
I'm going to leave the game running, just in case, but I'm pretty sure I lost ANOTHER game that I actually won. What the hell? :( This SERIOUSLY needs to be fixed. Otherwise there's no point. I keep losing matches the turn before I win. Not sure if it's random disconnects or people exploiting, but it needs to be fixed. I've already lost three games where I was about to win...AAAAAARRRRGGGG. Arg indeed.
Love the game (just started today!), but it's freaking annoying when people leave right when it becomes apparent they can't win! Very inconsiderate, dammit! I've been waiting, but the "connection lost" thing isn't even coming up. I'm gonna be pissed if I don't get the victory. I totally whooped him, then he left! 0_o'
Just got the last badge. :) The "Awarded" stat for the badges doesn't seem to be working, though. Still says only 8 people got it, when I'm certain that's not true. Oh well. :P
