Hey erm. not sure if this effects anybody else but in the tutorial I click next to the geek and the cheat bar goes up as it should. But now in the first level the bar wont fill up

okay I have a problem. in the second level (I think) there is a sniper on a barrel. he shoots the floor and floats under the rock. I need to jump to it but due to the wall I cant get to the barrel without drowning and instantly dying
