Hi everybody, I have a cash score of 123 billion because when you touch the left arm in the character creation screen, a bling goes around your neck. In-game, you can touch it for a fairly high about of money. When you press tab twice, though, you can hold down enter and it will still act like it's clicked extremely fast. I put something on my enter key to keep it held down, left it on for 3-4 hours (you also gain 50 levels every time you click) and then stopped it. The next morning I had 122,000,000 cash because my level was so high.
