the game itself is fun for what it is. Sure the graphics arnt that great, but i couldnt have done it better myself either xD
Just something that came to mind while playing: It should made be clear when exactly a bonus damage is applied to a combination. sometimes i had a x3 shown but the damage stayed the same, then again i sometimes i had x2 shown and the damage was higher then what it should have been.
Also the enemies maybe should act after you made your turn. had quiet often, that an enemy keept attack while my attacks where still "flying" to him to finish him off.
Also the reshuffle button should be reworked, its too easy to make alot of combos with jsut stamming it. Maybe put an cooldown on it, or make it cost 2 turns. something like this
Yup, you're absolutely right on all counts. The combo thing I never got completely right because of the weird way I'm checking for matches. The enemy's sometimes get a bit impatient with all of the different animations that happen, and I'm planning on at least changing the cooldown of the reshuffle to 2. I figure that you should only be really using the reshuffle when you're at your wit's end, or trying to find a particular tile, so in the latter case there won't be too many enemies to do a lot of damage any. @Sosikpl 7k m-power are roughly 3.5k int right? i assume that your have bless active all the time, therefor i belieave that your base m.power is somewhat around 3.3k. With that the numbers of 1600-1800 seem to be perfectly normal
can you like... reintroduce the how the stats are working? that "base + bonus = total" stuff really helped... right now i can hardly tell when which stat increases its AP cost
i cant even get close to my highest level anymore xD its a difference of 35 levels. Also i cant even reach the distance anymore since HP regen is now, to be quickly frankly, garbage :/ its like 1/10 of what it was previously for me :(
i'd love to see upgrades that improve stuff like RP income, Boss appearance chance and base attack/magic power. Also imo the skill stealth should remove ranged attacks from monsters while in stealth. This skill loses almost every purpose with the increasing attack range and attackspeed of monsters. Also as someone already mentioned: the skill Bless doesnt wear off. MP-regen is also indeed a tad too low.
I might have a new currency that tweaks the game further once I implement this new currency system, some sort of ascension. Bless and Mana Shield are fixed. I will be balancing MP/SP Skills soon!
there is a real annoying issue with the movement of the mage.... sometimes, while using fireball, the mage is stuck in a loop of attacks. he wont move then until x-attacks at all, no matter how often or where i click on. this can range between 2-10 attacks in a row before i can actually move. This was especially annoying against that golden bug
The mage need to finish his attack before moving. So if you want to move, just stay clicked where you want tomove and he will do it once the attack is finished
clunky wasd/arrow movement and no mousesupport for a bullethell...? The boss keeps freaking me at full upgrades because i keep rushing into all that homing missle because precise movement does not really exist
why is there a fullscreen mode if its not even available to activate? Also switching weapon with mousewwheel is kinda clucky as it scrools down the whole gametab aswell
Whats the point of getting the tree of fairy in exchange for having a kind of a hardreset? i mean its pretty that it gives +5 food instead of +1... but the farm i still alot better in combination with the homestead since cows dont affect the tree
