Is is just me or did anyone else find the cleric campaign WAY easier than the others? Maybe it was just luck, but on the other classes I averaged 5500-6000 or so fame, but with the cleric I got a perfect 7000—never even came close to losing. I even killed that one where you only have to survive 8 rounds.
Definitely would benefit from cutting down on the huge amounts of travel time. Since enemies stay dead, it's just screen after screen of uneventful walking. Allowing the player to teleport between checkpoints (they already look like teleporters) would be a nice addition.
Enemies need faster death animations. I waste a lot of time shooting a corpse because the indications that it died are subtle, and it takes unnecessarily long to change to something that is obviously dead. Particularly with the UFOs. With some of the big guys it's not a huge problem because you usually end up hitting other stuff anyway, but the UFOs are just wasted time.
Also, somethings that would make nice additions: Letting you know when you get a critical hit. Or at least a stat on crit percentage for each gun. Due to a lack of visible damage, health bar, or crit indication, for all I know my gun could be hitting crits 95% of the time, or .01% or the time. And that knowledge would affect which perks I choose. Also, being able to see the stats of weapons BEFORE you buy them would be a very nice touch.
How is one supposed to beat the boss directly following Leo? It heals itself much faster than I can deal damage. I've never gotten it below probably 80% without it healing back to full within a few seconds.
Okay, on level 18 I lost after the first hand of relatively small birds. That's a touch ridiculous. Also, at what point does someone lose? I know it's somewhere around m one card away from death makes it difficult to know how defensively I should play.
Out of curiosity, what units is MPH? Miles would make sense, except that everything else is in meters, and the fact that, given the distance I traveled and the time it took, I averaged 318 MPH, when my max speed 301. Just curious.
Fun enough, except when you finally finish, only to be 1% off because your whole painting was ever so slightly too far to the left and it will be more work to make a small adjustment than to start over completely. 3/5
"uneducated characters -.- there ARE more than just one england in the world."
Uneducated people. -.- There IS more than just one England in the world.
I love irony. :D
Excellent game. Although I would have liked to see a way to repeat battles. With the story focusing on timelines and memories, it wouldn't have been difficult to find some way to implement it and still have it make sense. Still a 5/5, though.
My only issue is that the color will not change unless the mouse is actually on the ship, making changing color while moving nigh impossible. Changing that will spare a lot of people a lot of frustration. Other than that, good game.
Lame. On level 29 I glitched when I ate someone while charging the shockwave and got stuck. My traps killed everything except a submarine that it couldn't reach.
I tried to siege a city and it just had me keep going. So I got in an eternal travel session. I quit after being -200 hours away from my destination. Other than being buggy, it's entertaining enough.
It seems that if you walk backwards from the starting point the game dies. I had to close my browser and re-open to get it to work again--refreshing alone doesn't fix it. You really should fix that...
