Um. Just toiled for several days to get 30 points by beating "Ultimate assassin 3"'s hard level. Along comes this here game and yields 20 points for pressing A/D for ten and a half minutes. Geeeeee, life's good!
I like the concept, but rated the game 1 star only since it's bug ridden. For instance, I only got the badge after killing the boss for the third time. I experienced lag, floated helplessly in space, the game hung, and it's kinda disappointing that nothing (repeat: nothing) happens after collecting the last 2000 points. Also, I believe that it's too easy to get a full blown tanks which is nearly invincible...
Just played it again, to rule out that I didn't get it, or that I missed anything. I didn't. The point in any game ist to entertain. Sorry to have to say that, but this game misses its point completely.
Love the game. @FigHunter: Configurability of towers is not random - the game will cycle through all possible colour combinations if you just wait before placing the tower. I would love to be able to interactively change pod colours though, instead of having to cycle through the possibilities to get the desired one. The three bonus levels ("monster mode") somebody mentioned below are only available if you save all 250 cores.
I don't see everybody's problem with the bosses? Just whack 'em against a wall and let them bounce back into you repeatedly. Will cost a few health points, but gets rid of them in no time. Nice game, but I find "Sproing reloaded" to be more challenging.
Love the game, but can't play it for very long cause the music gets on my nerves. Yeah, I know I can switch off sound in the pause menu, but doing this means losing FX as well, and personally, I kinda need the acoustic feedback. So: Very unfortunate that it's either with bugging music, or totally silent. Could you please change that?
This is no game for people with command of gross motor skills only. The key to the all time high score list is finding ways of making as many combos as possible. That takes patience and a little skill - you won't find out in the first game for sure. @Anyone stating this is too easy: Where's your entry on the all time high score list, then? @Aurom Katana: 1st, colour has been removed, used to have colour in "Sproing". Looks cooler this way to me. 2nd: You can use your upgrades as often as you want per level, you just need to wait until they're reloaded. And where's the point if the game allowed to use shield again and again?
