Wow, today's badge in the best slashing game ever! My honest advice: once you get a key, unlock and use Hazard suit (5th reward in top row) - definitely the most useful thing there.
You guys who are whining about controls probably didn't play other z/x fighting games. This controls need some time to get used to, but they are OK. You can damage enemy with Z, push him back with X; jump + Z/X will knock out the enemy's weapon, while Z will damage him, and X push him. Also you can use a wind-up attacks with your fists, and swing horizontally pressing Z+X simultaneously, and also smth more... And you now say the contols are bad? Just try to understand them, don't pointlessly mash the keys! I give the game 4/5. It is awesome, original, there are a lot of _really_ different weapons, which can: burn, freeze, flatten, trap, blow up, knock back (with different strengh), desintegrate the enemy... But the game in total is a bit unbalanced, and sometimes frustratingly hard.
Well, the game is nice, but too much luck-based. There are several unreally strong weapons, like auto-rifles, shotgun, shoker, blaster, shurikens, and some others. They don't require much skill to be deadly and are practically undodgeable. If you get them - it's a couple of easy K.O., if enemy gets them - you'll suffer for a couple of deaths. Incredibly hard to play survival after completing the campain.
Oh, this game is so much awesome! Highly original. But it is insanely hard (well, but short, so it didn't frustrate me too much). Probably you could make it easier slowing the spikes a bit. Well, this game is, may be, impossible for those who can't touch-type. I can, but I'm not so good with "qwerty" layout, cuz I'm russian ("йцукен" one love!), thus MNOPQRSTUVWXYZ was quite a challenge as my knowledge of english alphabet is rather bad too (look at the screen - screw up in the keyboard, look at the keyboard - screw up in the alphabet). Also, f*ck those fishies in the "TAKE A RIDE" - I tryed many random starts and rhythms, but hit the first fish in 95% attempts (don't they spend half of time below letters, and half above?) And probably you should try to make (may be in the sequel?) jumping between words by 'space' key, as it is much better for those who use speedy touch-typing. Anyway, the game is brilliant, 5/5!
This game is just awesome. The best one I've played in this genre. I've never seen such a simple and useful feature to choose % of fighters to send. Also, this game have a few of interesting features: teleporters, lasers, planet orbits, etc. Right when I started to get bored the walls apeared, then teleport... and I understood that this game is a very original masterpiece. Definitely 5/5, but I feel some lack of narration. Who knows, may be the game is designed for personal understanding of what is going on levels 32-36.
By the way, talking about badges: I think hard badge should include goal "complete the game", becouse last level is very cool and hard, but players can avoid beating it, as they only need 100/108 stars.
Nice puzzle, but sometimes levels are too obvious, linear and boring, while still taking a while to push blocks, change buttons, etc. And some others can be completed much easier then devs planned. Well, however, this is a rather good and original game, deserves a strong 4/5.
Oh. Awesome game. Reminded me of "Steins;Gate" anime series. Those who enjoyed this game, and wouldn't mind watching 24 episodes of a great anime about time traveling - welcome, you won't be disappointed! It is not just the 2nd one in top of http://myanimelist.net/topanime.php =P
@MatrixLegion I think I know the reason. Guys who managed to get 25th rank are skilled enough to try and beat imp badge. I think it needs just some good play in act 3 on suicide to get 120k score.
Sad that I reinstalled OS on my laptop and lost my progress (I sure was 25th rank already) so I have to play from start again. This game is rather tiring and I'm not in mood to play it for several consecutive hours =P Just giving it a try once per day or something.
I often see this "autopause the game when clicked outside game screen" feature. But seriously, what the sense of it in a turn-based game? Sometimes I have to distract from game to something else, like chat. And the music stops. So I have to mute music and listen to my own playlist, but if I like the in-game music (and I sure do like it), why should I?
Oh. OH. This game is INCREDIBLE. Amazing plot, well thought out dialogs. Rather lots of subtle humor. Attractive graphics. Zero bugs or anything else. Some cool (and sometimes funny) pathetic moments. Just awesome. I have no idea why this game have a rating less than 5.0 (NONSENSE!), I want to give it at least 10/5, as it much more awesome than many other games, which deserve 5/5. Well... I want a sequel, I mean, a game in the same genre by the same devs. Pleaase!

I wonder what will happen, if Kong will make a hard badge the badge of the day once. This will result in a global BUTTHURT (while I'll just say "hey, free 30 points!" and go get it) People got used of easy badges and they're forgetting that medium should be at least 3 times harder (actually even more harder, becouse 1 hard badge is much more difficult than 2 medium, and 1 impossible is usually more complicated than even 10 hard ones)
That's why I don't like idea of badges of the day. Every freaking time when the badge is not simple like "complete 1st lvl of 50" there are people who are bitching about how hard it is, and judge the game as "worst ever, 1/5". If it isn't your genre, just forget about today's badge and don't play nor rate this game at all. Talking about Splitter: I enjoyed it. Not 5/5 but surely it deserves 4. The medium badge is much easier than average one, and the hard one is a indeed hard one. Anyway, I spent only 40 minutes on this game and got the hard badge. Much less then on many others. Guys, just pls don't cry if you can't beat a specific level at the 10th, 20th, 30th attempt. If you're playing for a badge, keep trying. Otherwise, close the game and don't needlessly stress yourself.
Well, the game is funny, but it requeres too much grindering. Repeating the the same combo of several skills just to unlock another one and improve my score by 10%? No, thanks. 4/5 for epic quality, but bored me when I got only 2.6k score
