This is a very sweet game along the lines of Robot Arena and other such titles. You might want to explain the whole concept of gaseous pressure to those who haven't taken or don't remember physics. It was a little hard to grasp at first, but once the concept was down, I was making things like crazy. Every weapon works wonderfully, if you can time it correctly. You should also be able to have a maximum of 3 controllable valves because I often found myself combining 3 or more functions at once.
I just got to 7.2k feet... it's not that difficult...
Anyway, great game. A little too short, perhaps needs more things to do than fly... but still a 4/5.
Fun game and idea. If real-life traffic coordinators weren't so dang smart, we'd all be doomed. 3/5 for short-ness and lack of a level and car editor (Both of which would be awesome, think: A speeding semi that you can't control throwing chaos into all 8 of your lanes)
Fun game. 3/5
Numerous disconnection (even in single player) kept me from rating higher. I liked the videos, as well as the Diablo/Gauntlet art style.
The game does need some minor balancing, though. Some levels were gratingly hard, while others were a breeze. Also, what's with the down-leveling of enemies?
2/5. The ides is interesting, but waaay too little creative thought went into making the puzzle components. I mean, come on: plates? All those do is hinder the puzzle by blocking the view and ultimately they only frustrate the user. Another thing: how come gears' teeth are allowed to pass through one another??? why can't you just make it FAR LESS FRUSTRATING (I seriously spent about 2 minutes attempting to get the large gears teeth to touch) and have a RADIUS for each GEAR instead of the frustrating "but this .gif has to touch another .gif to function" Come on. Even a single person testing this could have told you that. Or maybe the smallest bit of common sense.
Nice. Seems more like an experiment, though. Blocks are waaaay too bouncy. I had 3 blocks bounce all the way past the top of the screen, and then land and push all of the other blocks to the side, and off the screen so I lost lives. Also, it (very) often doesn't detect clicks. And... um... that's kinda central to gameplay...
Exceedingly simple. The white light does seem a little sluggish though.Plus, there's no sort of difficulty increase. But look on the bright side: that's pretty easy to include. All you need to do is define the amount of red lights spawned per second is X=X*1.1, where X is the number spawned per second. And then have it do the calculation every, say, 5 seconds.
24 is frustrating. Every single time they tell you: "Now use everything you have learned," they always leave something out. And they never tell you that you can GO THROUGH THE STUPID WALL on level 30, even after the tutorials are completely done.
For a game that claims to know alot about trebuchets, it doesn't know very much. First of all, the point at which the stone was released from the netting was predetermined before firing by changing the length of the rope that tied it to the arm. Second - Upgrades are not meant to change the physics of the game. Note the prefix "up." "Up" generally denotes that something got BETTER!!!
