Powerups don't seem to work. Also the game doesn't really feel all that rewarding, it loses something by not really having a goal to achieve or a point to it. With there already being a shop, there should be some kinds of upgrades. I mean the ship starts off being powerful as heck, so maybe dull it down for the beginning, and have the player work to achieve this "awesome fast firing super quick and agile ship", or something along those lines. As far as that goes, it could use a plot or story of some kind, otherwise it's literally just asteroids, but easy.
Well as it is, it needs some polishing. Some variation in enemies would be cool, like some that move slow and shoot projectiles. Sound would also be cool. There's a bit of a bug when it comes to shooting though. The ammo counter says 5, but sometimes I could shoot up to 9 times without having to wait for the reload. Not bad for a starting point though!

The playing field spinning is a cool idea, but the camera following the ball and your paddle or whatever at the same time gets annoying pretty fast.
Ah, also, there was a bug where even though I missed the ball the game is still going on. Maybe look into that
