"There's supposed to be a pious grave near here. Wouldn't hurt to go look, right?" How about the one with the sparkles? The one that's right past the invisible barrier that you won't walk past, even though the only other direction is the spiderforest? The one that's in the freaking cemetery?
Attack pattern on the dog: under and shoot, under and shoot, over and shoot. Attack pattern on the giant: shoot on the way down, attempt to double him on the last two phases. If you time tings right, you can be climbing the platforms for another shot while he's recovering.
Attempting to fly back and to either side results in just flying to that side. Game would be five stars, but for this. Also, for a bullet hell, the hitbox is huge.
Awesome, eclectic art style, but ye gods I can't solve the first puzzle. There are no apparent clues, and after pixel hunting for fifteen minutes across multiple screens, I gave up.
Extremely clever concept, and I like the way the branch-path dialog works. That said, this is the least secure black market channel ever. This random anon pops in and everyone's telling him secrets? *scratches head* I know, it's a nitpick, but I couldn't stop thinking about it as I was playing.
My scientist was so pissed off that she starved to death that she came back from the grave with fully researched preservation just to make sure it never happened again.
Pretty fun, although maybe instead of just dropping new pieces on a player, a short blurb about who they are and what they do would make things more engaging. You could also introduce variant movement rules this way, if you don't mind clobbering the player over the head with pop-up boxes.
Never saw my soul mate, but found someone who was good in bed, loving, and nice. The game told me I'd lived a wonderful life. D'awwww.
Fortunately, it did not pass moral judgment for all those times I played chicken with his life, trying to steal chocolate from the grim reaper.
Some of the achievements are...interesting to go for. I was dodging in and out of packs of prospective suitors like a fighter pilot, trying to stay single until I turned 50.
