Update from previous comment: It appears any time spent offline in the game accumulates "negative" income and online time is solely spent trying to get rid of the debt. At over 600 mil that I have to watch slowly disappear, can't reset to start over and can't do anything else so simply unable to play the game.
Thanks for the report! Just made aware of this, fixing it now. Will include a fix to rescue your game too. UPDATE: Fix uploaded. Please submit a bug report on the game tab if you experience any other issue :)
I closed the game for about an hour and came back to see that none of the upgrades were purchasable (despite having 200 mil and none of them costing over 10 mil) and finally noticed each cart was subtracting money. I think somehow I ended up with negative 200 million...
This game seems to become a lot easier once I figured out that only building the first parasite was a reasonable strategy. It might be slow going, but I can easily get my production higher than the enemies can kill them so it's just a matter of whittling them down.
The math in this game is broken, or just plain intentionally bad. As has been pointed out the farm eventually (well into the quadrillions of income) starts producing more than it costs so you can't spend as fast as you produce. Tool tips are equally as helpful as they are present (there aren't any). The system only works up to quadrillion (k, m, b, t, q abbreviations for large numbers), then just keeps adding digits to make numbers unreadable. Ex: current income 64381708233210940q/s.
This isn't really an idle game thus far. You can't focus on anything else or the game just pauses which means the only way to idle it is to do absolutely nothing else on your computer.
Me again. In a few minutes or so after my previous comment I've officially broke the game. Each unit type was 800 (except summoner at 700), I was around 320 quest level, not sure how many talent, and was about to put several duodecillion crystals into the bank when everything disappeared and there is just an exclamation point in the middle of the screen now.
Also, the game feels like it kind of breaks after a certain point. I was around quest 50 and let it run for around half an hour or so. When I came back I was able to continually upgrade enough to rush within 10 minutes up to 187 (every minute or less I can increase the crystals in bank by at least 1,000%, sometimes up to 1,000,000%) which then floods me with talent points, which I use for income, which speeds up progression, which floods me with crystals. I don't feel like I can reasonably keep up with the resources I'm gaining.
This really isn't an idle game. The only way to win coins is 20 at a time against AI. So you have to keep typing away over and over to be able to get any upgrades.
Hi. Thank you for your comment. I've published a new version. I hope that it will fix this problem. EDIT : it was a scrolling problem, thank you. I have removed the scrollable component for now on. You should be able to play normally.
After a certain point (I'm at 51k damage, 0.00 delay, 105% crit, x1529 crit dmg) you simply cannot spend resources faster than you can gain them. It just seems that there isn't anything to really do once you reach that point.
2/5 Stars. Everything seems to work, though there isn't that much there. The game essentially ends at upgrade 10 as there is nothing to do except accumulate useless money at that point. Freezes on focus loss (why do people still put out idle games with that problem?). It's a start, a very early start, but a decent groundwork to build off of.
