Here’s a guide from someone who just got to the restaurant. Just start by jumping out of the water once almost straight up, then use that speed to start swimming and jumping out of the water at the shallowest angles you can while still getting Nice Entries. Just keep doing that until you have a minute left. At a minute leave the water at around a 45 degree angle, just enough to get you right above the moon so you hit the star slide. If you dont make it just enter the water again and leap up at a higher angle. Keep using star slides until there's about 20-30 seconds left. Start heading down; this is where it gets tricky. Hit the water for a nice entry and quickly turn so you don’t hit the ground. Start corcksrewing underwater before you come out, and approach the water's limit at the shallowest angle you can. Press up to launch yourself from the tailslide. Start corcksrewing to hit the star trails and press up as soon as you start star sliding to regain momentum.
