Any chance on a paralyze, or petrify ability? Works like freeze only, its not affected by temperature, and they would stay like a normal ragdoll. Only with the petrify, it makes them fully solid rock-like entity's. (Cutting weapons/bullets don't cut, only breaks from a hard impact kind of thing.)
If you spawn the Santa doll in the air then spawn a normal doll so its head in in the center of the santa dolls chest the top half of Santa will fly and the lower half will act like he is still put together (delete all the normal doll parts too)
