also the bug with the submit not submitting is still present. However, this seems to happen when the auto advance for submit is at 0, cause I want to go back to design and implementation after revision, and it doesn't skip submit like I want.
so, looking at the new update, and having a chance to start with a new heir, I noticed that you can layer education buffs on the same heir as many times as you'd like. you just choose an heir's education, and instead of choosing a job, you go back to the heir menu and the previous education trait is there and you can add a new one by doing the same process. and when choosing a job it does layer for the efficiency.
