Once you caught Hermes there is a daemon sheep appears on the right side of the screen. You need to tap on the sheep at the right moment to defense from arrows. As quick as you can. Also, you can check how good the battle is going on the lifebar at the top of the screen (each time you tap on the sheep, two teeth goes out). You need to tap ~15 times to win. Upgrades lets you win with less number of hits.
