Game doesn't work properly, after entering password and hearing click, nothing happens. Type help and get "brucedaytonhelp command not found" message. Too bad for me, seems like it's enjoyable when it works.
Okay, I've been stumbling around this island (so far that is really the only thing I can liken to Myst) and my lack of success finding and solving locations combined with drowning several times and being mauled by a bear several times while each time being sent back to the beginning losing my progress and inventory leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth for this game. I think if you are going to liken your game to Myst, it should be more like Myst. For example, in Myst when you throw yourself off a cliff you fall and wind up right back where you were the instant before you fell. You don't lose your progress. Also, there are so many many puzzles in Myst. You can actually manipulate things in the environment. This game had few things (not that they aren't there but I couldn't locate them) to manipulate. Seems like it has potential, but for my taste it needs more puzzles that actually work and do something and less opportunities to die.
If you do return to the island:
You might try the crowbar at the stone circle.
The bear can't swim.
Creel is the name for a lobster pot.
Thanks for all the suggestions.
