I know this will get downvoted, but I still hate this game with a passion. It is not a game. The only real strategy is to do nothing while you watch the AI lose on it's own.
I played 25 levels and I have to say this game is just way too easy. If later levels are less trivial then I'm sorry I did not have the patience to get to them.
Upon the suggestion of a previous comment I just started to turn off the light emitter and try to solve the puzzle by using a 'what looks prettiest' strategy and so far it is working quite well. Honestly I expected the game to showcase more of light's less intuitive, or non-classical properties for the sake of learning experience, but it turns out this is more like Loops of Zen :/
Still fun, but I can't quite seem to give it full points because it is so similar to the original, and I didn't see much change or innovation on the idea. 4/5
I'm glad it's still fun! Thanks Leftconsin! It's not really a sequel as such - it's the free mobile game that launched soon after 10. One interesting thing to try is to play some 9 levels, then play 10. It's weird to switch between the two of them :)
What a horrific game. I got the badge by doing nothing. NOTHING! And every time I moved I made an own goal. This is easily one of the worst games to ever get badges on Kongragate. You get one star and my enmity.
Quite simply, the art was good, the game play was ok, but the lack of checkpoints takes an otherwise good game with a reasonable story and makes it frustrating.
No victory screen for easy or hard. From what I gather from comments there isn't one for epic either. And the title is a lie. And for some reason meteors are approaching from right to left. And the controls suck. And the art is bad. And the game play and story as a whole are uninspired. 1/5.
Gaining height is VERY boring. And you chose to start off the game with it? I feel like every time I'm faced with a mountain I have to sit there for a minute staring at the screen while I helplessly wait to be high enough to go over the easiest obstacles. All this only to be sent back to the very beginning if I fall. Boring, aggravating, and unfulfilling. 1/5
Sorry! I was not aware the font had issues on larger resolutions. I am working on a fix.
