why does the statbars fill up beyond the limit and why does the values of religion and refinement say 1.1e+2x? o.o @25k land btw..

okay, after you've learned the game and you're totally hooked on it with stats like 25k speed, 10k sight and 10k land things get kinda tedious since I've earned over 100 mil souls to spend every time i check back on the computer and these get very impractical to spend constantly raising it by 10. So firstly please add a 100/1000 step to raising stats. Secondly, when you have over 1-2k land it gets very tedious to scroll across the entire landscape even if it's of no use at that point (btw, you can click the scrollmarkers to get to that edge of your city) so please add an option for faster scrolling. Other than that this is a dangerously addicting game, it's truly great
