I was almost ready to compliment the skillful upgrades and nice additions made to the Epic War formula in this game, and then I noticed the timer. Timers. Are. Never. Fun. Period. Otherwise, not bad.

I would also like to add that giving every enemy guard and full heal abilities that require next to no focus is not adding to difficulty, it is forcing more grind time to beat the health back down/wait out the shields.

I see the idiots that made the first game have topped their poor workmanship in this one. Why in the name of gaming would you stick with the one-character control scheme? The magical death of my team after my main character dies, while just a genius feat of game design, gets old when you have enemies that, for no apparent reason, get to attack twice in a row every once in a while and kill the main character. Usually armorgames is the Rockstar or Bethesda of flash games, so why they can't actually correct their mistakes with this series is beyond me. Pathetic.

Oh, and had to ammend: most annoying noob-kill enemies in cave 5 I have ever seen. Insta-kill, nearly invisible in a group of knights, and something that makes me want to beat my head against the wall just because this thing exists. Does Hard have to equal cheap with these guys, or have they just played too much WoW?

Not bad. Other than the tedious, perplexingly drawn out card gathering system, the idiotic mana difference between characters, or the trial stages that throw three titan units in rapid succession, all of which are apparently about 12 levels above maximum, since they cut through like units on your side as though they were butter. Also, the creator subscribes to the "South American Minivan" theory of difficulty: just cram a few dozen more units in. Seriously, a revenge wave of 200 high power units? That's not difficulty, that's just straight up cluster*^%$. Here's a tip: if high end computers lag because of overpopulation, you have too many units on the field. Overall, still more enjoyable than some rubbish out there.
