For everyone worried that the spider gets "harder" every time you die. Trust me that is not really an issue. The boost to the spider is very small and you should be able to get a larger boost just by having played that life through. I've been able to get past 250 now without much problem at 50'ish or so deaths. The only thing I would like to see if how effective each of the skills I used during the run were so I can judge on which ones to take next run.
How do I get the version that works in Chrome? When I try the normal version (unity) Kong says my browser isn't compatible and to use Firefox. I tried clearing out my cookies and all my settings but still does not use a HTML5 version.
Normally if the Unity player isn't installed on the computer, the HTML5 version start automatically. Sometime, the browser don't notice new files and can show some weird behaviour. In that case, refreshing the page (F5) usually works. The first time, it can take a while to load. Much longer than with the unity webplayer.
Loving the game so far. Some suggestions: 1) Maybe have some of the bonus maps be for resources other than just metal. 2) Maybe have higher tier traps also. Right now I have to spam click hundreds of the traps. 3) Maybe make Research actually mean something. Seems like it is just a resource that rarely ever get used. I have 10 scientist assigned since the beginning and never had to wait on it to build up since I am always way above any requirements.
Anyway loving the game and appreciate the work you are doing for it.
After I evolved I chose the Deflation perk but I still see the $1 coins on the screen (though they are now $2). I have cleared to screen to make sure they were not just residual but new $2 coins still spawn.
Great game I am loving it and having problems letting it be an 'idle' game. Two suggestions that I would like to see to the game are; 1: have the menu screens be a little smaller so we can click on each menu item without having to first hit Exit, It would be nice to have the tool tip compare item you are looking at and the item equiped (also sometimes while looking at an item it will change spots with another of the same kind)
