I've been playing this for a while, and I really like how far it's come. A couple of questions:
In the description for the "Projectile Velocity" mod, it says it increases the range by speeding up the shots. Does it actually increase the in-game projectile velocity in addition to lock range, or is this just flavor text? I was looking for something that makes projectile weapons a bit more accurate against faster enemies, but I think that's just me relying on autopilot too much.
Also, when missile weapons have some decimal for "Missiles per cycle", what does this mean?
I would like to have resource levels viewable from the Tavern or Inventory in between days, so I can check on them before I switch out crafters. Also, in build mode, it would be nice to have modules display their levels as little numbers, so I don't have to click through all of them to find the one I want to upgrade.
The big red planets orbit counterclockwise, so I kept throwing planets orbiting clockwise at one, to see if I could kill all of its angular momentum and get it to crash into the sun. I've been doing it for the past 30 minutes or so, and I don't think it's working.
For me, when I have the quality on "Auto", it tends to rapidly shift between settings. It shifts the screen slightly, which isn't a problem when I'm in the menu, but gets a little annoying when I'm trying to squeeze myself through gaps in bullets.
Hyperion was a really fun boss. I really liked how some attack patterns force you to circle around to avoid missiles and streams, and others have you carefully move through dense columns of bullets. The third boss fight felt a little long though.
Overall I really liked playing this! :D
I like this guy. Not only can he can also rev up a ridiculously large gun and spray bullets while jumping over zombies and dropping mines everywhere, he can fix a car! Real handy.
it does 2 things, it does actually speed it up, but it also adjusts the collision detection size. like with flak, its slower, but huge collision size.
