Because. I have only heard problems from other computers. No complains on PCs. For example, color distortion. That has only happened to Mac and Linux for some mysterious reason!
...actually I think the elves are TOO easy...
It feels like I can just troll through the game...
As for it being huge...that may be...
But there's a major flaw with this game.
There's no real point, other than to fill a couple check boxes. There should be more achievements (on Kongregate's end), or a story plot or something. Its frankly boring as is.
Other's have said as much, if you want the complete cheat guide: Mute, quality, hint, Straight down, Contra, space, lr, ud, jump 10, click, 1234,jmtb02, go 3 1 4 2 5 3 0 1 2 3 4 5 5 4 3 2 1 0 deaths
You should easily be done with all that by 130ish, even if you miss a couple. Which leaves you time to use the scroll bar for stuff you've missed, and to kill your elephant. It also keeps your elephant alive long enough for longevity.
Well its a decent game, but it gets three stars for being a challenging puzzle game. And not much else. And there are multiple ways to solve puzzles, as evidenced by the fact that I solved a couple in a non-standard fashion, I feel like the lvl design isn't up to par, so I knocked it a star.
...dear author, please use an actual save system (like flash content). Your save system is broken. A) I'm not using any cookie cleaner software (like CCleaner or similar), B) my browser is not set to remove cookies on exit, C) Cookies ARE enabled (using Chrome) D) I lost my save data after a clean exit from Chrome, not once, TWICE. E) Other cookies are saving just fine.
Please fix your game. 1/5 stars for a broken experience.
...as an example of how ridiculous the elevator complaints are, I had 21 elevators for around 171 rooms, they were all within close proximity and sandwiching my rooms, plus I staggered use of staff elevators. And I STILL got complaints.
I'm not an elevator expert, but it seems IRL the New York Marriot Uses around 36 elevators for 1900 rooms, over about 50 rooms. Yeah, quiet, you unappreciative customers, you've got it real good.
Just because it can be made doesn't mean it should be made. This game was overall rather dumb.
Nice concept, but I don't think there's enough there...without turning it into yet another timing puzzle game, which defeats the whole purpose, IMHO. 3/5
Game must be terribly written...
A) There's a pretty bad memory bug somewhere (over the course of playing this flash game, my mem usage went from 19 to 40 percent, and the cpu usage about doubled as well (for the the flash player process).
B) Go through a level. Do exactly the same thing twice (pretty simple to just keep the right button down the entire time). Note how the outcome is never the same. =/ Makes it about impossible to get the challenge mode. Granted, the horrible software design is probably contributing.
But I liked the game overall, would have been better if it didn't feel like someone coded this over a weekend.
