looks interesting but... I'm usually pretty good at tower defenses and this game seems impossible to me. The pirates ignore my triggers and lures and the starting towers arent even strong enough to kill the starting pirates by themselves

Basically a more polished but less fun version of Castle clout...
The lack of scoring makes it a lot less fun and also almost totally robs the game of replayability.
definitely not your best work... to start with its ridiculously easy, I never lost more then 1/4 of my health and never even learned how to use a medpack.
Secondlythere are a bunch of fairly significant glitches, espeically involving ammo for the flamethrower and turret gun, there were points where I was unable to use both of those guns for large portions of the game.
finally it gets extremely reptitive after you've seen the new monsters. the early levels are nice but after level 20 or so you've seen pretty much everything you are going to see and there isnt much to play for anymore.
I gave a four because of the beautful graphcs, atmospher, and style, but you definitely have a ways to go as far as game design.
there were no puzzles worth mentioning, very few things to interact with, and story seemed a little silly at times.
Still you clearly put a lot of work into this
how could you possibly beat any of the mythics with no power regeneration? they take like 30 rounds to kill
how could you ever beat dreadfather either? He revives his little minions
I'm on level 198 and I have never lost a character to the Gorgon. All that is needed is 4x of both kinds of potion and you would have to have 0 stun resist on your guys and get very very very very unlucky to possibly lose (like ten thousand to one odds)
FOe-pierce=gayest legendary drop ever btw... I swear it drops every freaking time I get to a legendary or group boss
hydra is much harder then gorgon imo, and even then its just about being patient and not killing the heads. Of course I dont have a ranger so its harder for me to hit the body
