I think this game should have a "skip process" option of some kind. It would be for if you only need to test out a single component rather than the whole thing.
I noticed that Jonah being kind may have led to his death.
• The man with the glasses was the one that discovered Jonah with the dead bodies.
• The mechanic was the reason he spared Loondon.
Maybe there could be alternate endings?
