The simple fact that the farmer seems to have this many ways to keep his sheep in suggest he is either completely crazy or very insightful. How the hell did he know to put mines in the sky?
Wow, I love how many cards are considered good, but only have one attack with minimal abilities. That way, I get excited about using them, only to figure out that every single damn commander either has weaken all one or protect all one, rendering it nothing more than an over-glorified meatshield.
It MIGHT be time to re-think some of these uniques. In this day of updates, Tiamat's Strike 2 is absolute balls next to the healing/protecting/refreshing/chaos/high hp world it now competes in.
Oh good, the commanders when you fight them in the story get to have three abilities, many of which are so powerful you can't find anything on ANY commander that even rivals it. Then, once you get the card for your own use, it turns out they suck more wind than a jet.
Huh. Why would I use anything other than the epic units after the Extras? By then I have Death, Golems, the White Tiger, and the Black Dragon. That plus the Queen's regenerate boost makes them nearly immortal when dealing with anything that doesn't deal one hit kills.
Have to say. I don't even know why the word 'horror' is in the description. Between all the jokes, immediately getting a container that can hold fifteen kills and god knows how many escapes, the worst part for it might be the upgrades. If it's horror, don't let us get stronger so that we never fear the soon harmless enemies that become nothing more than a bother. That, and giving us the power to kill everything in one shot. Hopefully fixed in the sequel.
Me: I wonder what this red glow around my battleship is? *Spins around a circle at high speeds to create a hyper spin* *Several other battleships fly in close* BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
Wait, wasn't the original Mechanical Commando 2 that this expanded on a free form game in which you weren't forced to move forwards in a very old and boring manner? Why in all hell did you downgrade that? It's like making Super Mario Galaxy 2D for no apparent reason.
Not a totally bad game, especially for an early start of a developer. It works fairly well, and the physics are well defined. The graphics are still a little shit, but that doesn't get in the way of everything else, so they are also in good working condition. All the various traps work as they should, so I'll give a 4/5
