I have no idea why after finish collect the half part of the stamp in France (19th Day), it goes back from the day 1 again. Is it the bug?

The game loads for me - but then hangs. None of the tiles can be dragged, and clicking the return to menu button just shows stars forever. Annoying!! It was working yesterday, I nearly had the card.
